Paradigm is looking for a highly motivated architect already registered or on licensure track / 3-10 years experience to join our team. The candidate must be demonstrate leadership skills & able to work with the principals & other team members in all phases of the design and construction administration.

Candidates must have:

• On the job proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.

• Good design and graphic skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Critical problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of code requirements.
