In the beginning, we were one architect with a VW bus. Now we are a collective of explorers committed to re-visioning and restoring the balance between natural, built, and social environments. There is a WHY behind all of our actions, individually and as a collective: acting with purpose and passion, being the change we want to see in the world, shaping the future we need and deserve, and living our values. We collaborate, inquire, iterate, and build. Our efforts are rooted in broad benefit - across time, across teams, across populations. Driven by our WHY we pursue our curiosity in pursuit of the good - superheroes of the built environment who put their work to work for the world.
HOW WE DO THIS
We're a small team with a rich and varied ecosystem of skills, experiences, and approaches. We're looking for people who expand that richness in ways we hope you'll illustrate in your application. As such, we take our time in hiring to find folks whose skills and experiences add the most resiliency to our ecosystem.
If so, here's what you can do to be a part of our story:
Our future “Re:Visionary” Project Manager in our High Performance Sustainability Consulting Studio will demonstrate experience and passion for sustainability through professional or personal activity – or both – and have 3-5 years of LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL, and/or other green building certification experience. You have practical experience in developing and implementing sustainability concepts and strategies, have a deep understanding of sustainable design, and have an understanding of the design and construction process. You can effectively manage multiple projects and teams, are skilled at tracking a high volume of information, and are creative in your approach to motivate and inspire others. Experience in building enclosure commissioning, building verification services, or any of our other consulting services is a plus. You get our WHY and HOW and are able to contribute to our mission driven goals.
As part of our application process, you've got up to 5 minutes, 5 slides, or 750 words to tell us about you. Answer the WHY/HOW/WHAT questions in a format of your choosing that helps us see your creativity, your skills, and your superhero tendencies.
Re:Vision values diversity, equity, and inclusion as underpinnings of a more sustainable future. Candidates who bring increased cultural diversity (broadly defined) or gender balance to our studio are encouraged to apply.
