PROJECT ARCHITECT/MANAGER

B. Arch or M. Arch + 3 to 5 years of experience including project management

Registration preferred but not required

Excellent skills in software indicated below

Experience in design and CD production

Some experience with submittals and construction administration

Job offers experience of complex technical projects and job meetings

Work to exacting city and private client requirements

Work directly with clients and consultants in conjunction with the principal

Interest in planning and urban design

5 day 40 hour week in Center City no regular work from home. Some overtime

Ability to do technical research and implement same in drawings and details

Ability to interact knowledgeably with consultants and manufacturer's representatives

Paid vacation and six holidays plus PTO and sick days

Health insurance with partial copay

SEP or comparable retirement after 1 year.

Software

--     Revit, AutoCad

--     Word and Excel

--     Adobe Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

Pluses

--     Other software Twin motion, Rhino, Procore, Bluebeam

--     LEED AP or Green Associate

--     Experience in design, organization, and layout of proposals

--     Participation in, AIA, DAG or similar organizations
