CBP Architects is seeking an experienced Project Manager. We are a mid-sized, award winning architecture design firm with deep Philadelphia roots. Our work is urban in nature, ranging from high-rise luxury condominium projects to thoughtful affordable housing and social service work. We collaborate with our clients to provide transformative architecture that positively impacts residents and communities in and around Philadelphia and are looking to grow with employees who envision their professional development entwined with meaningful architecture contributing to the revitalization of our City.

A successful Project Manager at CBP Architects will take ownership of their assigned projects and be responsible for:

·        Managing multiple projects of various scales simultaneously across all phases.

·        Serving as the primary client liaison.

·        Leading and coordinating project teams including consultants and contractors.

·        Engaging in quality control across deliverables at all project phases.

·        Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative office culture.

·        Reporting project status to firm partners. 

·        Contributing to business development and new project proposals.  

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience, strong design, graphics, communication and leadership experience, along with functional knowledge of Revit, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite and be licensed to practice architecture in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
