Strada, a multi-disciplinary design firm, is seeking an experienced interior designer for our Philadelphia studio.
Our cross-disciplinary approach to design is immersive, human-centric, and diverse. We actively leverage the expertise and talents from the variety of disciplines within our three studios to achieve exceptional results for our clients. We look for individuals who are talented and passionate about their work. We help you cultivate your talents as part of the design team.
Designers should have a degree in Interior Design with NCIDQ certification, or an Interior Architecture degree from a CIDA- or NAAB-accredited school. We seek individuals with a strong and matured design capability interested in sharing their talent with others at Strada. We would love to know about your other life interests, hobbies, passions, and talents as we find these attributes contribute to our design culture.

Pay and Benefits
The salary for this position falls in the range of $68,000 to $80,000, commensurate with education and experience, paid on a semi-monthly basis. In addition to the professional development opportunities outlined above, we offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and disability insurance, Paid Time Off, a 401(k) plan with an employer contribution, and a discretionary annual bonus.
