Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with an architectural/engineering team in preparing documents for both new construction and renovations and preparing documents for building type projects in the Science & Technology, Healthcare, Federal, and Industrial sectors.  Ability to prepare architectural drawings utilizing a strong knowledge of building technology for all phases of a project.

The ideal candidate will:

• Assist with Architectural Design work from concept design through construction documentation for projects requiring interface and collaboration with senior architectural staff and engineering disciplines.
• Prepare architectural drawings, utilizes a strong knowledge of building technology; and/or supervises their execution for all phases of a project.
• Prepare and manage cover sheets, drawing lists, and general sheets for a project.
• Prepare code data drawings with direction from the Lead Architect.,

Essential Duties Include:

• Prepare project drawing package including plan, sections, elevations and schedules.
• Ensure conformance with STV or client standards, established architectural practices, and technical adequacy of design and construction.
