Preservation Design Partnership [PDP] is seeking a highly motivated architect, with 3 to 5 years of experience, to assume a Staff Architect role, involving highly complex National Historic Landmark projects and historic sites.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

BACKGROUND/EDUCATION

·      Professional (NAAB Accredited) Degree in Architecture / Licensed or in Progress

·      Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience working in an architectural design firm

·      Preferred Degree in Historic Preservation or substantial work on historic buildings

·      Governmental experience beneficial

·      Higher Education and/or institutional experience preferred

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSET

·      Strong Revit / AutoCAD production skills

·      Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite

·      Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines and interact effectively with others in the workplace

·      Self-motivated individual able to work well in a collaborative office environment

·      Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
