Architectural Designer (3–5 Years Experience)

We are a Philadelphia-based architecture and design firm specializing in high-end single-family and multi-family residential projects in the Philadelphia area and South Florida. We are seeking an Architectural Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of design and construction documents across all phases
• Mentor junior designers and coordinate with consultants
• Take projects from concept through construction documentation
• Apply knowledge of wood-frame construction and building codes

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of architectural experience (residential + multi-family preferred)
• Strong skills in construction documentation and detailing
• Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure
• Familiarity with residential and commercial codes
• Full-time, in-office in Philadelphia (travel to South Florida may be required)
