Job Title: Project Manager (PM) and Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview:

Project Manager: Registered Architect. Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, assist or lead in development and management of project agreements, budgets, and schedules. Collaborate with other project teams in our supportive studio space in Glen Mills, PA.

Assistant Project Manager: Receive training and experience that will enable you to become a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of project designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee the development of project agreements, project budgets and schedules for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct site visits, answer RFIs, and review Applications for Payment.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience in architecture with project, budget, and team management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are registered architects or are actively pursuing licensure.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Willing to occasionally travel to project sites.

Benefits:

• Salary range:

Project Manager: $75,000 – $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Assistant Project Manager and Aspiring PM: $68,000 -75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
