STV, Inc. currently is seeking an Interior Designer based out of our Douglassville, PA office for our Building & Facilities division. STV, Inc. specializes in the planning, organization, and development of architectural buildings and facilities design. You will design for various building type projects. This position will be part-time variable with possibility of full time and can be a hybrid work schedule.

The responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of interior design plans
• Detailed Interiors design, plans and specifications work
• Perform analysis of design and construction systems, planning studies, design layouts and construction details.
• Conducting site and construction inspections
• Ensuring conformance with standards, established architectural practices, applicable codes, and technical adequacy of design and construction.
• Coordinating with other disciplines

Requirements:

• Degree in interior design or architecture
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient with BIM Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite are required
• Strong design and rendering skills are a plus
• Excellent design, technical detailing, and strong presentation skills, both verbal and visual, are essential
