CBP Architects is delighted to announce that St. Rita Place & Cascia Center received a 2023 ULI Award for Excellence as a Small Scale Category winner! Developed by Catholic Housing & Community Services, this project was funded through the low-income housing tax credit program and provides 46 one-bedroom units for low-income seniors, many of whom have lived in the neighborhood their entire lives.

The structure is also home to The Cascia Center, a gathering place for pilgrims visiting the St. Rita Shrine next door, as well as a place where those in conflict can come together seeking resolution.

Our exceptionally talented staff worked closely with our clients at CHCS to successfully realize their goals for a vibrant, mixed-use building that celebrates and inspires those who live, work, and gather there.
