The second phase of a larger campus masterplan for senior services provider, NewCourtland, the former Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute features 173 units, of which 40 are senior affordable with the remainder set at market rate and a broad suite of amenities to serve the anticipate diverse people who will come to call it home.
