8 Tips on Firm Equity, Culture, and Financial Success from WLS 2023: An International Women's Day Celebration & Fundraiser

AIA Philadelphia’s Women in Architecture Committee in partnership with AIA Pennsylvania Women’s Leadership Scholarship Winners and Brickworks are pleased to host an inaugural fundraising event in efforts to create scholarships to send women to AIA’s 2024 Women’s Leadership Summit! Our goals are to boost the Philadelphia community’s presence at this incredible national summit, and to highlight local firms who are championing women by pledging to send them to WLS 2024 as representatives of their firm. 

The event will share valuable tips and takeaways from WLS 2023 with the Philadelphia architecture community and showcase the value that the Summit can have on professionals in the industry at every level. Attendees of the fundraiser will learn more about the trends in firm equity, culture, and financial success that were shared at WLS 2023.

All ticket sales and donations will count as a donation to scholarships. Please follow through with registering for the event and make an additional donation, if you choose. Also, a raffle will be held to contribute funds to scholarships. Scholarship donations are tax deductible.
