Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

You will lead your own team and work collaboratively with other project teams in our supportive studio space in Glen Mills, PA. You must be able to lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion and oversee your own project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project designs, architectural drawings, and specifications.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.

• Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Conduct site visits, answer Requests for Information, and review Applications for Payment.

• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

We value innovation, integrity, and a commitment to client service. We are looking for a team member who:

• Has 5-10 years of experience in architecture with experience in project and team management.

• Is a registered architect or on the path to licensure.

• Is proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit.

• Is experienced in project management.

• Is willing to occasionally travel to our exciting project sites.
