Job Title: Project Manager

Position Overview:

Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, overseeing project budgets and schedules. Collaborate with other project teams in our supportive studio space in Glen Mills, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of project designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct site visits, answer RFIs, and review Applications for Payment.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in architecture with project, budget, and team management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are registered architects or are actively pursuing licensure.
• Willing to occasionally travel to project sites.

Benefits:

• Salary range: $80,000 – $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
