Marketing Manager

Job Summary

P. Agnes is looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager in our Philadelphia, PA office. This individual should have a keen interest in the construction industry within the larger AEC industry, and will be responsible for all marketing and communications efforts of our organization including the development of marketing materials, internal and external communications, public relations and advertising programs, events, proposals, and presentations.

Job Responsibilities:

§ Coordinate, track, and support all firm marketing activities

§ Manage creation of qualification brochures, proposals, and presentations

§ Work closely with project teams to develop and coordinate project-related marketing materials such as information sheets, milestone announcements, etc.

§ Maintain and update database of staff resumes, project experience sheets, narratives, and case studies

§ Create and distribute internal communications such as new hire and promotion announcements, volunteer/donation drive opportunities, etc.

§ Support core organization programs including Town Hall meetings and other initiatives

§ Develop and design content for external and internal electronic newsletters; Manage distribution via Constant Contact

§ Manage social media strategy and maintain an active presence; Coordinate/develop updates and content creation

§ Create advertisements and other event/sponsored related content as needed

§ Update and maintains corporate CRM database in conjunction with business development

§ Maintain and update content on company website via WordPress

§ Attend industry events on behalf of the firm as needed

§ Perform other duties as requested

Preferred Skill Set:

§ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

§ 5+ years of professional marketing experience within the construction, real estate, architectural, or engineering industry preferred

§ Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment

§ Organizational and time-management skills, multi-tasking capability, ability to work under pressure/deadlines

§ Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills

§ Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite

§ Knowledgeable of WordPress content management system

§ Experience with CRM systems; Experience with Unanet a plus
