Project Architect

Applicant must be able to produce a set of documents, oversee junior team members, juggle multiple projects and be able to draft details. Proficiency with Revit is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external teams
• Conduct consultant meetings
• Design and documents construction documents
• Act as primary point of contact for all technical issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
• 6+ years related experience
• Proficiency in Revit
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while prioritizing deadlines
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
• Registration is a bonus.

Intern Architect/ Designer

Ideal candidates will be self -motivated and have:

·        Ability to work on multiple projects

·        Ability to generate design options

·        Good interpersonal and communication skills

·        Basic hand drawing skills

·        Computer skills ideally with knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD sketch-up, and Adobe design Suite
