·        A Professional Degree in Architecture is required with 5-8 years of registered experience. 

·        Healthcare and or Laboratory project experience a plus

·        Strong Technical Skills, developing Construction Documents

·        Design and Presentation skills

·        Technical Skills, developing Construction Documents

·        Proficiency with AutoCadd, - Revit is a Plus
