AS+P is an architectural firm located in Jenkintown, PA, specializing in custom residential projects. It is well-known for its design of “Asher Houses”, which grace the streets, bays and beaches of exclusive New Jersey Shore Towns and Philadelphia suburbs and are recognizable for their elegant simplicity and timeless details.
AS+P seeks a full-time Senior Project Coordinator with graphic and drafting skills to assist in the development and coordination of construction documents for single family residential projects. The Senior Project Coordinator will work closely with a Project Manager/Architect to see a project from early conception through completion.
+ Schematic Design
· Assist with presentation plans for client meetings
· Code review and analysis for projects
· Participate in client meetings with Project Manager/Architect
+ Construction Documents
· Drafting and coordination of Construction Document Set
· Reviewing documents for accuracy
· Establish and maintain project milestones, deadlines and delivery dates
· Coordinating and issuing documents to Builders/Clients
+ Assist Project Manager during Construction Administration
· Tracking and assisting with review of Shop Drawings
· Participating in Site Visits/Meetings
· Communication with Project Team throughout construction
+ Work Experience
· 3-5 years' experience working in a professional architecture office
+ Education
· Professional Degree in Architecture
· Seeking professional licensure, but not required
+ Software Proficiency
· AutoCAD
· Microsoft Office Suite (familiarity with Microsoft TEAMS also a plus)
· Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop preferred)
· SketchUp and Lumion (a plus, but not required)
