Your Impact:

The full-time Architectural Project Manager is vital to the success of Thriven Design. This role serves as the intersection point for our clients, project team, consultants, internal leadership, and other project stakeholders. For you, that means a dynamic and challenging experience, with tremendous potential for career growth and hands-on learning.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle including design concept, project requirements, drawing and specification development, and construction administration 
  • Manage client and team (internal and external) coordination and communication
  • Provide advanced working knowledge of other disciplines for guidance in building detailing, building science, envelope, and building systems
  • Provide review and revisions to renderings, animations, and construction documents 
  • Apply project presentation and meeting communication skills
  • Prepare proposals and project scope, including setting project fees and timelines
  • Report to the Principal-in-Charge for each project, providing project status updates on a regular basis

 

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • Experience: At least 10 years of job-related experience
  • Licensure/Certification: Registered Architect or pursuing Architecture licensure

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with projects in the mixed-use and multifamily residential markets
  • Experience working with BIM software and other applications in a digital production environment
