We are a young, exciting, fast-paced design firm looking for a motivated and creative Registered Architect or Designer with 5+ years of post-graduation experience to join our team.

What we are looking for:

• Your responsibilities will include all aspects of projects including schematic design, code review, construction drawings, permitting, and CA.
• Good client interaction and communication skills are a must.
• Experience with the City of Philadelphia permitting process as well as experience working on new and existing Philadelphia rowhouses and mixed-use buildings is preferred, but not required.
• You will use Revit, Twinmotion, Adobe, Bluebeam & Microsoft Office.
• You may be responsible for managing junior team members.
