Specialized Architectural Firm seeks part-time, multi-faceted Business Manager to perform and coordinate an array of administrative duties. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensure a high level of organizational effectiveness, communication, and customer service. Responsibilities include supporting staff with creating marketing proposals, updating marketing materials, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook experience is required.
Tasks also involve ordering supplies & equipment, arranging staff Continuing Education, proof-reading documents, utilizing Project Management Software (training will be provided), and professionally fielding communication from our clients.
Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction sectors is beneficial, though not required. Expertise in social media posting, and/or website updating, would also be desirable.
TBS offers a small business, family-like atmosphere, located in the charming small town of Haddon Heights NJ.
This in-office position benefits from a flexible work schedule, 25-hours per week, within regular office hours. Competitive pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid week off Christmas to New Years Day, accruing PTO, and paid sick time.
