  • Display familiarity with the basic principles of architecture, MEP systems, structural systems, civil engineering including design, construction, maintenance, accessibility, building codes, and sustainability.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, an ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn.
  • Possess good technical computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and BIM software (training provided for ArchiCAD system that we use).
  • Have an ability to navigate stairs, sites, and building interiors.
  • Express willingness to travel to project and client locations when necessary (a valid driver's license is required).

 Education and Experience:

  • Candidate shall possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an architectural firm.
  • Candidate for this position should have a background in architecture, engineering, building forensics, interior design, or construction management.
