Responsibilities

  • Leadership for the vision, management, development and documentation of a project.
  • Conceptualize, coordinate, document, and specify comprehensive architectural packages.
  • Provide guidance and coordination for CLR team members when required to achieve project objectives.
  • Mentor and train staff members in a project context.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among the CLR team, project owners, and design sub-consultants.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and support within the design environment.
  • Review project construction in the field and help manage construction administration

 

Qualifications

  • BARCH or MARCH accredited professional degree.
  • Licensure is preferred but not required.
  • 6-10 years of experience as an architect or architectural designer.
  • Demonstrate expertise across all phases of architectural design including concept development, technical drawing, specifications, and construction administration.
  • Technical proficiency in Revit and other industry standard software.
  • Digital and/or free-hand sketching & rendering skills a plus.
  • Ability to work in a flexible remote/in-person environment.
  • Willing and able to travel to project sites as necessary.
