Paradigm is looking for a talented junior architectural designer with 0-5 years experience to join our team. The candidate will get to manage and direct a project. They must be able to work with the principals & other team members in all phases of the design and construction administration. Although being a junior designer, our office environment is structured to provide a very holistic working experience to all team members in all aspects of projects.

Candidates must have:

• Good design and graphic skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD
