Bright Common is a studio focused on high concept, low carbon design for a climate-adapted future. Our diverse experience includes work on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. As evidence of our unique approach and expanding portfolio, we were awarded the Architectural Record Design Vanguard and Philadelphia Emerging Architect Prize. We are seeking collaborative people who are interested in working on a wide range of tasks to join our team.
Requirements
• 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role for a professional services company. Marketing coordination experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Assembly of marketing and presentation materials preferred
Responsibilities
Administrative
• Works directly with the studio director and project managers
• Coordinates invoicing, collections, banking, paying bills and entering transactions into accounting software
• Monitors incoming communications
• Assists with new project intake
• Maintains office efficiency – manages file systems, oversees supplies and equipment, maintaining the appearance of common areas
• Coordinates group gatherings / meetings
Marketing
• Assists with the coordination and preparation of project proposal packages
• Assists with the preparation of new business presentations
• Assists with project award submission packages
• Develops email newsletters
• Supports studio members in leadership activities (presentations, publications, etc.)
• Maintains a client database and tracks new business leads
