Architecture Demarest is seeking a full time Architectural Project Manager/Multifamily in Philadelphia Studio.  Candidate must have architecture project management experience in all aspects of design and documentation in multifamily housing and have wood frame expertise.

Candidate should be self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced collaborative environment. Offer Onsite/Hybrid schedule along with a robust benefit package.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversite of project team
• Work on multiple projects
• Development of Schematic design, Design development and construction documents
• Review Architectural drawings for federal, state, and local code compliance.
• Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, etc. maintain relations.
• Prepare reports for and presentations for client meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Revit Proficiency 5 or more years
• AutoCAD  - Lumion – Rhino
• Wood Construction Experience
• Microsoft Office
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Sketching/Drawing Ability
• Design Skills
• 7 years minimum experience
• Eligible to Work in US
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture (Registration Preferred)
