1. Works independently on architectural design projects.

2. Often coordinates project design efforts.

3. Prepares presentation and design drawings and details.

4. Substantial experience in providing planning and design support in the preparation of design development.

5. Written and verbal communication with clients, engineers and architects.

Required Experience:

Five to ten years of experience in an architectural firm.

Required Education/Training:

Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program

Required Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD a major plus) + rendering/modeling/graphic experience. Experience with multi-family residential planning/design is preferred

Working Conditions:

Typical office environment. Occasional long hours to meet deadlines. Occasional visits to construction sites.
