Currently Under Design are the follow: - Renaisance Plaza at Penns Landing in Philadelphia:a LEED gold canidate 4 phased mixed use hi-rise complex with 1358 rental apartments, 70,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space,10,000 sq.ft of office and daycare space, concealed parking for 653 cars and extensive public open space. -The Divine Lorraine:The adaptive reuse of the historic hotel and its annex building as 116 rental apartments with retail and restaurant.
