Year Established: 1953

Klein and Hoffman, Inc. provides a broad range of specialty architectural & structural engineering services for a wide range of building types. Now celebrating our 65th year in business, Klein & Hoffman has provided architectural restoration and structural engineering services for the assessment and rehabilitation of existing buildings for more than half of our existence. We pride ourselves in working closely with building owners, managers, contractors and other consultants to achieve creative and effective solutions in resolving many types of building performance problems. Our team of technical architects, engineers and field service teams work to preserve and honor architectural heritage while improving building serviceability, safety and performance. Our services range from performing general condition assessments, investigating specific structural and building envelope deficiencies, failure analysis, evaluating structural integrity and performance deficiencies, to assessing the appropriateness of various alternatives for repair, rehabilitation and retrofit. Our diversified group of professionals have experience necessary to identify and solve complex technical challenges with great attention to client-specific requirements, budgets, scheduling, operations and maintenance. Our collaborative approach across in-house disciplines and with our clients’ broader design and construction teams allows project teams to make quick assessments or take deep dives where necessary to adapt to both immediate and long-term goals.
