JBA was founded by Jack E Burns, Jr., AIA, SARA in 2008 with the mission of providing the architectural design process for projects of nearly any size or budget. JBA's design focus is on residential renovations and new construction - assisting clients from preliminary design ideas through contractor selection / bidding services to the final completion of construction.
