Our expertise is in looking at the more difficult sites developers are faced with, creating multi-family developments, senior communities, retail and mixed-use centers and more complex communities that blend their craftsman’s sensibilities regarding stunning, yet fresh design, and intelligent construction-with our marketing sensibilities regarding the post-construction challenges of clients attempting to fill the units they have designed. Our passion lies somewhere between thinking outside-of-the-box and doing the impossible. Gate 17 thrives on turning sub-optimal or otherwise unattractive sites into natural communities... taking spaces deemed too small and expanding the yield in clever and surprising ways... coming up with original solutions when functional must haves seem unachievable... translating preliminary stirrings and an embryonic sense of a project into a master plan that leaves the client feeling that he has a true agent for their greatest intentions.
