Urban Engineers Announces New Vice Presidents

Urban Engineers (Urban) is pleased to announce four individuals who have been promoted to vice president. These promotions are the result of extraordinary performance, distinguished leadership and business development success, including representing the firm to clients. They are:
* Thomas Davis, Jr., who is the Practice Leader of Inspection Services for the firm’s Mechanicsburg, PA office
* Michael J. McAtee, PE, who is Practice Leader for Bridge Services in the firm’s Cherry Hill, NJ office.
• David Palmer, PE, who is the firm’s Director of Construction Management, Central Region. Mr. Palmer is responsible for managing field staff and quality of services to clients within Pennsylvania and western New York.
• Angelo Waters, PE, LEED® AP, who is the firm’s Practice Leader for Environmental Services.
