Jakubowski and Devine Promoted to Section Managers at Duffield Associates
Duffield Associates announces the promotions of Joseph Jakubowski, P.E., LEED AP to Geotechnical Section Manager and Brian J. Devine, P.E. to Construction Section Manager. As Section Managers, they will oversee day to day operations including staff assignments, as well as project development and delivery.
Mr. Jakubowski has been with Duffield Associates for eight years as a Geotechnical and Construction Engineer. He holds Master of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. Mr. Jakubowski is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
Mr. Devine has been with Duffield Associates for seven years as a Geotechnical and Construction Engineer. In addition to his responsibilities as Section Manager, he also serves as the Laboratory Manager overseeing Duffield Associates’ AASHTO Certified Soils Lab. He holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. Mr. Devine is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.
