- City View - 24 unit townhouse community in Atlantic City, NJ - Indian Mountain, 150 mixed residential units designed into existing golf course. - River View - Mixed Use Development with 1500 du 100,000 SF of retail and commercial - Philly Coke - TND & Waterfront Master Plan with 2000 units, retail and commercial. - West Thompson Street - Renovation of two townhouses into 6 affordable flats / stacked townhouses in Philadelphia. Restaurants - Greek style, Irish pub, sports bar, burger diner, Mediterranean grill and new franchise concept (opening 2011).
