About the Firm
KSS Architects is a full-service architecture, planning, and interior design firm with offices in Philadelphia and Princeton, New Jersey. Since our founding in 1983, we have built an impressive portfolio of work for clients who are leaders in education, land development, commercial real estate, and corporate environments. We are committed to high quality design and state-of-the-art technical solutions. We structure our firm to streamline decision making while utilizing the expertise of our 40 team members, many of whom are LEED Accredited Professionals. One of our five partners leads each project, but consults regularly with other partners and team members to give everyone the opportunity to contribute their specialized knowledge and to find the ideal solution for any design, technical, or management problem. Our designs have received many awards and are often featured in national and regional publications. KSS was named AIA New Jersey's Firm of the Year in 2009, 2005, and 2002.
