About the Firm
James S. Carr, A.I.A. and Associates, LLC focuses on providing a full range of multi-family and mixed-use land planning and architectural design services to national and regional developers and home builders. Most of the firm's work comes from a strong base of repeat clients and involves designing medium- to high-density, market-rate multi-family projects in the eastern United States. In addition to multi-family residential land planning and architectural design, we also frequently engage in community planning work, designing office and retail space to complement the residential components of live-work communities. The highest concentration of our work is in Florida, though we take on work in all regions of the country except the West Coast.
