THE FIRM OF FRENS AND FRENS, LLC is a professional architectural consulting firm specializing in building restoration and rehabilitation, space planning, historic site planning, and facilities management services. Established in 1985, the firm is composed of a staff of restoration architects, space planners, and CAD operators. The staff at Frens and Frens brings to each client the skills and experience in planning, design, documentation and project management vital to the delivery of projects on schedule and within budget. The firm has successfully completed major rehabilitation and site assessment projects by forming and managing well-coordinated project teams experienced in the documentation and evaluation of existing facilities.
