Currently Under Design are the following: -A 136 suite Homewood Suites Hotel on the University of Pennsylvania campus. -Doubletree Garden Suites. A rooftop garden addition to the existing 450 room Doubletree Hotel in Philadelphia (also designed by Alesker & Dundon) - World Trade Square at Penns Landing,a mixed use hi-rise office & residential complex. - Trump Tower, Philadelphia, A 250 apartment, 41-story condominium community constructed on a pier extending into the Delaware River. The complex includes a restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, extensive gardens and other amenities.
