Things I Wish I Had Learned Earlier in My Career

An architect with over thirty years of management experience and an attorney, who specializes in representing design professionals in nearly all aspects of their practice, will discuss lessons learned from problematic projects – and cases arising from them – to help you limit your exposure to claims thereby preserving, if not enhancing, your reputation. They will also help you understand the management of your defense and the role of the expert hired to assist the defense team.

Presenters: Irv Shapiro, AIA, spg3; Richard Davies, Esq., Powell Trachtman Logan Carrle & Lombardo.
