In this session representatives from the mayor's Sustainability Office will join Rick Howley (environmental engineer from the Philadelphia Water Department), Taron Booker and Lydia Grouse (civil engineers with SEPTA) to discuss local stormwater regulations and strategies for dealing with stormwater in urban landscapes

This session will include Drew Gilchrist from the Natural Lands Trust, Paul Racette, Watershed Manger with PEC, and Patty Thompson from the Lower Merion Conservancy. The final portion of this segment will give attendees a chance to hear accounts of case studies from Maura McCarthy, Executive Director of the Friends of the Wissahickon, Tom Witmer, Director of Natural Resources for Fairmount Park, and representatives of the Friends of Morris Park.
