On March 15th the 2010 Standards for Accessible Design become mandatory for the Americans with Disabilities Act. This presentation will give an overview of the 2010 Standards and highlight key changes from the 1991 Standards. These changes include the structure of the document and important scope and technical requirements. A few important regulatory issues related the new Standards will also be touched on. Presented by Rex Pace, Technical Assistance Coordinatior, US Access Board
