To access your transcript online, click here (box on right). Official CES transcripts are available upon request. A hard copy of the transcript can be faxed or mailed to a member. The first request is free and for each consecutive request a fee of $10 per copy will be assessed.

Registered providers will submit the record of program attendance to the AIA National recording center. In order for a member to receive credit, his/her attendance and AIA member number must be recorded and reported. Members attending any program offering AIA CES/LUs should check with the program provider regarding registration and reporting procedures. For record-keeping purposes, it is in the best interest of a member to note the program title, number and the provider. AIA Philadelphia keeps records only for the programs its presents. The Chapter does not have records for courses presented by other providers even if the courses appeared in AIA Philadelphia publications.

For self-reported activities, members are responsible for submitting the Self-Report Form to the recording center. To access and submit a self report form, please sign in at http://www.aia.org/education/index.htm (box on right). Once each year in March, the record service will mail every member a transcript of all education activities reported during the past year.
